Shipping destinations
Vilbers ships internationally to the destinations available at checkout. Available shipping methods depend on the delivery destination and will be displayed during checkout.
Order processing and dispatch
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 5 business days after the order has been confirmed. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, selected delivery method and carrier. Estimated shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. In exceptional circumstances, order processing or delivery may take longer. If Vilbers is unable to fulfil an order within the applicable delivery period, the customer will be informed accordingly. Any alternative delivery period will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Delivery methods
Orders are delivered using parcel lockers, parcel collection points or courier services, depending on the options available for the selected destination.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and selected delivery method.
Customs duties and taxes
For international deliveries, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination. Unless these charges are included in the price or collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is incorrect, damaged or otherwise non-conforming, or unless otherwise required by applicable law. Vilbers does not provide prepaid return labels unless otherwise agreed. We offer one free exchange per order, subject to availability.
